The villa rates do have some flexibility in low and mid season months, based on number of guests in the group, number of nights, start and finish days, etc
Extra charges for cot, high chairs, pets, breakages, loss of keys etc apply, please ask for booking terms when enquiring,
If you wish to book with us for your holiday, we will send you a booking form to fill in and provide you with payment details, our standard booking process requires a 30% deposit to secure the booking, then 6 weeks before departure we require the balance of the rental cost plus a returnable £250 security / key deposit.
Normal start / finish days are Saturday but when possible we are flexible on this.
Low season rates from £1000 per week
January 6th to April 20th
October 20th to December 15th
Mid season rates from £1750 to £2600 per week
April 20th to May 18th
September 21st to October 20th
December 15th to January 6th
